The Library of PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya, Tezu proudly organized the Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony for Reading Promotion Week (Session 2025–26) under the PM SHRI Scheme.
Reading Promotion Week was conducted with the aim of nurturing a strong reading culture among students. A variety of engaging and creative activities were organized, including Story Telling, Book Review Writing, Picture-Based Story Writing, Quiz Competition, Newspaper Reading & Vocabulary Task, Bookmark Making, Book Cover Designing, and Poster Making Competition.
Students participated enthusiastically and displayed remarkable creativity, confidence, and love for books. The Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony was organized to recognize and appreciate their efforts and achievements.
The respected Principal graced the occasion and awarded certificates and prizes to the winners. In the address, students were encouraged to develop regular reading habits, as books are the foundation of knowledge, imagination, and character building.
The event was inspiring and reflected the library’s continuous efforts to promote reading as a lifelong habit. The celebration concluded with smiles, applause, and renewed motivation among students to explore the world through books.
